【Ticket Usage Instructions】

  • We use Peatix as our ticket sales platform.
  • After purchasing a ticket, you will automatically receive a confirmation email from Peatix.
  • Install the Peatix app using the link provided in the email to access your ticket, which you'll need to present at the reception on the day of the event.

After purchasing your Vue Fes Japan 2026 ticket and registering the required information, you will receive a name badge featuring your avatar and name at the venue on the day! (Social login required)

【Name Badge Creation Process】

  1. Purchase your Vue Fes Japan 2026 ticket in advance.
  2. Click the “Log In” button on this page to sign in via social login.
  3. After logging in, go to the Name Badge creation/edit page and register your avatar, name, and order number from your ticket purchase.
  4. Before the event, feel free to share your badge on social media or blogs—and on the day of the event, enjoy your printed name badge on site!

  • Order number verification is automated and may take up to 12 hours after entry.

You will receive an exclusive T-shirt distributed only to staff.

* T-shirts will be distributed on-site only; shipping is not available.

Priority Entry

An Individual Sponsor priority lane will be available at reception on the day, allowing you to enter smoothly without waiting in line.

Priority Seating

Priority seats will be reserved in the front row of each track venue.

* If seats become vacant after the session starts, they will be opened to general attendees.

【Important】

Participation in Vue Fes Japan requires a General Admission Ticket in addition to an Individual Sponsor Ticket. Please note that you cannot enter with only the Individual Sponsor Ticket. If you will not be attending on the day, you may purchase only the Individual Sponsor Ticket (benefits will be limited to credit listing).

You can create an account using your email address or social accounts such as Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), Google, or Apple.

Will there be live streaming or archived videos of the event?

A

There will be no live streaming on the day of the event. Vue Fes Japan 2026 is an offline-only conference, so please purchase a ticket to participate.

Sessions will be recorded and published on the Vue.js Japan User Group YouTube channel, but videos are expected to be released after the following year.

It's a special discount for those who purchase tickets early. You can buy tickets at a more affordable price, so we encourage you to take advantage of this offer. The early bird discount is available until August 31 (Mon) at 23:59.

What do I need for admission on the day of the event?

A

You'll need the QR code included on your ticket. For information on how to check your ticket, please refer to How to check your ticket in the Peatix Help section.

On the day of the event, please have your QR code ready to be scanned from your smartphone when you arrive at the reception.

What is the name badge?

A

After purchasing your ticket and registering the required information, you'll receive a name badge with your avatar and name at the venue! (Social login required)

The name badge is necessary for entering each venue, so please wear it around your neck at all times.

If you don't create a name badge, we will provide you with a badge without an avatar or name at the venue on the day of the event.

Can I get a receipt?

Yes, we issue digital receipts (qualified invoices) with invoice numbers. For details, please check How to access receipt data in the Peatix Help section.

The receipts are issued by Ceroan LLC, the operations and accounting contractor for Vue Fes Japan 2026 (registered invoice issuer).

Will lunch be provided?

Lunch will not be provided at Vue Fes Japan 2026. Please refer to the lunch information around the venue.

You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages into the venue. If you do, please be considerate of those around you.

What is the after-party like?

A

After all sessions conclude, you can enjoy a standing buffet-style meal and drinks (including alcohol) while socializing at the venue.

Are vegan options provided at the after-party?

Unfortunately, we can't offer vegan options at the after-party. But you're welcome to bring your own food and beverages, as long as it's just for your personal consumption.

The email may have been filtered as spam. Please check your spam folder. If you still haven't received it, please contact us through the inquiry form.

Can I cancel my ticket?

A

Cancellations are accepted until September 21, 2026 (Mon). Please note that we cannot process cancellations or refunds after September 21, 2026.

Additionally, tickets can only be canceled and refunded if purchased with a credit card and within 50 days of purchase. Cancellations and refunds are not available for convenience store or ATM payments.

If you wish to cancel, please contact us through the Vue Fes Japan 2026 inquiry form with your name as the purchaser and the order number included in the purchase confirmation email.

Can I purchase multiple tickets?

A

Due to reception system and name badge issuance constraints, we cannot accommodate multiple ticket purchases for the same type of ticket.

However, you can purchase different types of tickets (such as General and Hands-on, General + After-Party and Individual Sponsor, etc.). Please note that if you purchase both a General ticket and a General + After-Party ticket, you cannot enter separately or create individual name badges.
