【Ticket Usage Instructions】

  • We use Peatix as our ticket sales platform.
  • After purchasing a ticket, you will automatically receive a confirmation email from Peatix.
  • Install the Peatix app using the link provided in the email to access your ticket, which you'll need to present at the reception on the day of the event.

  1. Purchase your Vue Fes Japan 2026 ticket in advance.

Participation in Vue Fes Japan requires a General Admission Ticket in addition to an Individual Sponsor Ticket. Please note that you cannot enter with only the Individual Sponsor Ticket. In this hands-on workshop, we’ll explore how frontend frameworks work using chibivue, a learning resource designed to help you understand the internals of Vue.js.

By implementing key concepts such as reactivity and the Virtual DOM yourself, you’ll get a firsthand look at what’s usually hidden behind the libraries and frameworks you use every day. Through this experience, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of how frontend frameworks work under the hood.

Whether you’re a Vue.js user or work with another framework such as React, there’s something here for everyone. Once you understand how things work behind the scenes, the frameworks you use every day may start to feel a little more familiar—and a lot more interesting.

How to Join

  • To participate in the hands-on workshop, you will need both a General Admission Ticket and a Hands-on Workshop Ticket.
  • The Hands-on Workshop Ticket costs ¥500.
  • The workshop will be conducted in Japanese only.
  • Seats are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend signing up early!

As a small token of our appreciation, everyone who joins us on the day will also receive an exclusive gift available only to workshop participants.

Will there be live streaming or archived videos of the event?

There will be no live streaming on the day of the event. Vue Fes Japan 2026 is an offline-only conference, so please purchase a ticket to participate.

Sessions will be recorded and published on the Vue.js Japan User Group YouTube channel, but videos are expected to be released after the following year.

It's a special discount for those who purchase tickets early. You can buy tickets at a more affordable price, so we encourage you to take advantage of this offer. The early bird discount is available until August 31 (Mon) at 23:59.

What do I need for admission on the day of the event?

On the day of the event, please have your QR code ready to be scanned from your smartphone when you arrive at the reception.

Can I get a receipt?

Yes, we issue digital receipts (qualified invoices) with invoice numbers. For details, please check How to access receipt data in the Peatix Help section.

The receipts are issued by Ceroan LLC, the operations and accounting contractor for Vue Fes Japan 2026 (registered invoice issuer).

Will lunch be provided?

A

A session with a free lunch giveaway by our lunch sponsor will be held in the Cybozu Track from 11:40. Lunches are available on a first-come, first-served basis and in limited quantities, so please come early if you would like one.

In addition, students attending through the student support program can pick up a free lunch in the MedPeer Track from 11:30.

No other lunch will be provided, so please refer to the lunch information around the venue. Restaurants near the venue are expected to be crowded on the day, so please allow plenty of time.

You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages into the venue. If you do, please be considerate of those around you.

After all sessions conclude, you can enjoy a standing buffet-style meal and drinks (including alcohol) while socializing at the venue.

Unfortunately, we can't offer vegan options at the after-party. But you're welcome to bring your own food and beverages, as long as it's just for your personal consumption.

Can I cancel my ticket?

A

Cancellations are accepted until September 21, 2026 (Mon). Please note that we cannot process cancellations or refunds after September 21, 2026.

Additionally, tickets can only be canceled and refunded if purchased with a credit card and within 50 days of purchase. Cancellations and refunds are not available for convenience store or ATM payments.

If you wish to cancel, please contact us through the Vue Fes Japan 2026 inquiry form with your name as the purchaser and the order number included in the purchase confirmation email.

Can I purchase multiple tickets?

Due to reception system and name badge issuance constraints, we cannot accommodate multiple ticket purchases for the same type of ticket.

However, you can purchase different types of tickets (such as General and Hands-on, General + After-Party and Individual Sponsor, etc.). Please note that if you purchase both a General ticket and a General + After-Party ticket, you cannot enter separately or create individual name badges.
