【Ticket Usage Instructions】

  • We use Peatix as our ticket sales platform.
  • After purchasing a ticket, you will automatically receive a confirmation email from Peatix.
  • Install the Peatix app using the link provided in the email to access your ticket, which you'll need to present at the reception on the day of the event.

【Name Badge Creation Process】

  1. Purchase your Vue Fes Japan 2025 ticket in advance.
  2. Click the “Log In” button on this page to sign in via social login.
  3. After logging in, go to the Name Badge creation/edit page and register your avatar, name, and order number from your ticket purchase.
  4. Before the event, feel free to share your badge on social media or blogs—and on the day of the event, enjoy your printed name badge on site!

An Individual Sponsor priority lane will be available at reception on the day, allowing you to enter smoothly without waiting in line.

Priority Seating

Priority seats will be reserved in the front row of each track venue.

* If seats become vacant after the session starts, they will be opened to general attendees.

【Important】

Participation in Vue Fes Japan requires a General Admission Ticket in addition to an Individual Sponsor Ticket. Please note that you cannot enter with only the Individual Sponsor Ticket. If you will not be attending on the day, you may purchase only the Individual Sponsor Ticket (benefits will be limited to credit listing).

Hands-on Workshop

This year, we are offering two hands-on sessions divided by skill level to make it easier for everyone to participate!

Both sessions will use the official "Nuxt Tutorial" (Japanese version). As long as you have a browser, you can start coding right away and smoothly experience the core concepts of Vue.js and Nuxt, as well as application development.

Please join us according to your level and goals!

Beginner Hands-on Session

This session is designed for those who understand the basics of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript but are new to Vue.js. Through a simple app case study, you will learn the basics and how to use Vue.js together. Staff will be available throughout the workshop to answer any questions, so beginners can participate with confidence.

Intermediate Hands-on Session

This session is for those who have experience with Vue.js but are new to Nuxt, or for those with experience in other frameworks. You will learn more about Nuxt’s features and development methods than in the beginner session. You can also ask questions about specialized topics, so please feel free to ask anything you want to know about Nuxt or Vue.js.

【Important Notes】

Prior registration is required to participate. Please apply for a Hands-on Ticket (free) when purchasing your general admission ticket. Seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, so early registration is recommended!

Will there be live streaming or archived videos of the event?

There will be no live streaming on the day of the event. Vue Fes Japan 2025 is an offline-only conference, so please purchase a ticket to participate.

Sessions will be recorded and published on the Vue.js Japan User Group YouTube channel, but videos are expected to be released after the following year.

It's a special discount for those who purchase tickets early. You can buy tickets at a more affordable price, so we encourage you to take advantage of this offer. The early bird discount is available until August 31 (Sun) at 23:59.

What do I need for admission on the day of the event?

You'll need the QR code included on your ticket. For information on how to check your ticket, please refer to How to check your ticket in the Peatix Help section.

On the day of the event, please have your QR code ready to be scanned from your smartphone when you arrive at the reception.

The receipts are issued by Ceroan LLC, the operations and accounting contractor for Vue Fes Japan 2025 (registered invoice issuer).

Will lunch be provided?

Lunch will not be provided at Vue Fes Japan 2025. The program distributed to all attendees will include information about lunch options around the venue for your reference.

You are welcome to bring your own food and beverages into the venue. If you do, please be considerate of those around you.

After all sessions conclude, you can enjoy a standing buffet-style meal and drinks (including alcohol) while socializing at the venue.

Can I cancel my ticket?

A

Cancellations are accepted until September 21, 2025 (Sun). Please note that we cannot process cancellations or refunds after September 21, 2025.

Additionally, tickets can only be canceled and refunded if purchased with a credit card and within 50 days of purchase. Cancellations and refunds are not available for convenience store or ATM payments.

If you wish to cancel, please contact us through the Vue Fes Japan 2025 inquiry form with your name as the purchaser and the order number included in the purchase confirmation email.

Can I purchase multiple tickets?

Due to reception system and name badge issuance constraints, we cannot accommodate multiple ticket purchases for the same type of ticket.

However, you can purchase different types of tickets (such as General and Hands-on, General + After-Party and Individual Sponsor, etc.). Please note that if you purchase both a General ticket and a General + After-Party ticket, you cannot enter separately or create individual name badges.
